The website user agrees that in consideration for having attended in any part or the whole of any Practitioner Assessment Skills Course ® (PASC) seminar, workshop or demonstration, they will not, without the prior written consent of the author and/or its authorized nominee, either now or at any time in the future: Duplicate, reproduce or copy in any manner whatsoever the whole or any part of any manual or seminar materials, and/or demonstrate, teach or instruct any other person in the use of the PASC® for financial gain.

Additionally the website user agrees to take full responsibility for the manner in which he or she uses the PASC ® outside of the workshop training.

If the website user participates in any practical demonstration or hands on practice at this or any other authorized PASC ® seminar, workshop or demonstration, the participant acknowledges that he or she does so with full knowledge of the potential effects that body work techniques may have for him or her and hereby totally releases the Directors, Instructors, Organizers, Employees and Agents of PASC® seminars and the other participants, from any and all liability in respect of any disorder that might subsequently become evident now or at any time in the future.

The materials comprising or used in the seminar, workshop or demonstration have not been prepared with any particular reader or user in mind and therefore, although Directors of PASC® seminars believe that the advice and information therein is accurate and reliable, no warranty of accuracy, reliability or completeness is given and (except insofar as liability under any statute cannot be excluded) no responsibility arising in any way for errors, omissions or negligence is accepted by PASC® seminars and/or associated Directors, Instructors, Organizers, Employees or Agents.
